Bosnia and Herzegovina – Nordic Forum 2025: Strengthening Ties, Building Futures

The BiH-Nordic Forum is a two-day gathering dedicated to individuals and community groups of Bosnian-Herzegovinian (BH) origin living in the Nordic countries. Set to take place on October 4–5, 2025, in Gothenburg, Sweden (at Karlatornet), the Forum aims to strengthen connections with the homeland while promoting democratic values, economic collaboration, scientific exchange, and the preservation of BH culture and identity.

A Space for Shared Thinking and Action

Inspired by the Nordic model of cooperation, the Forum is grounded in the values that form the backbone of Bosnian-Herzegovinian society. It provides a platform for participants to connect, exchange ideas, and work collectively toward a brighter future for BH and its diaspora.

Two-Day Program Overview

The Forum offers a dynamic and comprehensive agenda split into two key segments:

🎯 Thematic Program (Ticketed Entry)
This part of the event features lectures, panel sessions, and in-depth discussions on pressing topics relevant to both the BH diaspora and the homeland:

• Entrepreneurship and Sustainability
• Science and Technology
• Democracy and Human Rights

🎯 General Program (Open to All Participants)
Designed to engage the wider audience, the general program includes:

• Networking Activities and Workshops
• Keynote Speeches
• Entrepreneurial Expo and Promotion
• Cultural and Artistic Events

These sessions aim to foster connections, showcase success stories, and celebrate BH heritage through collaborative and creative experiences.
